Our Daily Meal Programme (DMP) is a wholesome freshly-cooked lunch served to children in schools or slum areas or poor colonies in India.
Through the Daily Meal Programme, our attempt is to feed the millions of children in India who lack the meals, but, have the zeal to learn and achieve.
By feeding them one wholesome meal a day, we give them the nourishment and motivation they need to pursue an education for a better future. It is our endeavour to reach out to every child at the grass root level of the society.
Hunger and Illiteracy are India’s two major challenges. There is a serious malnutrition case in India with the World Bank’ estimate of 60 million children in India, being underweight. Hunger is an obstacle to child’s health, education and survival.
A recent UNICEF report states that more than 80 million children drop out before completing 8 years of age and over 8 million children are out of school.
Fuel Bliss India is focused on eliminating classroom hunger and attracting more children (enrolment) to schools and ensure to keep them in school (reduce dropout rate) by feeding a filling, nutritious daily meal, every day.
Fuel Bliss India will spare grand efforts to free our fellow beings from the dehumanising conditions of extreme poverty.
We focus on the right to access to food, affordable health and education for downtrodden people.
17.8 million children in India remain out of school. Millions of poor Indians cannot afford healthcare.
Fuel Bliss India’s focus on ensuring essential services such as hunger relief, health care and education to reduce the social inequality that keeps people trapped in poverty.
Our work ensures that a child born in a poorest of poor families has a chance of healthcare, and quality elementary education etc.
